Michael Washington

Michael Washington is the founder of We Raise Our Kids, with a deep belief that strong communities are built by present, intentional fathers, Michael created We Raise Our Kids to support men & their children during the most critical years of the child’s development.

Drawing from his experience as a father, coach, creative, and community engagement leader, Michael focuses on long-term mentorship, leadership development, and building spaces where fathers and children can grow together. Through programs like Brick by Brick, he is committed to guiding boys from adolescence into manhood. Installing in the youth what he considers as the MVP’s Morals Values & Principals. A seasoned filmmaker and storyteller, Michael uses his creative voice to inspire men to lead with purpose, consistency, and love.

Alrick (Butta) Augustine

Alrick (Butta) Augustine is father rooted in presence and purpose, a community leader, and advocate for active, engaged parenting. As a father to his daughter, he leads by showing what it means to be present, consistent, and intentional.

Widely known as “The People’s Mayor of Los Angeles,” Butta has built a reputation for showing up where it matters most—directly in the community.

He is also the founder of Keep It Run Hundred, a grassroots run club that encourages individuals and families to stay physically active within their own neighborhoods. Through this initiative, he promotes not only health and wellness, but also unity, accountability, and pride in the community.

Whether through fatherhood, mentorship, or movement, Butta is intentional about everything he does—ensuring that his impact is felt & his presence is meaningful.

Christopher Holloway is a dedicated father, mentor, and community advocate from Inglewood, California. A proud father of two beautiful daughters, Chris believes that fatherhood is the greatest gift of his life and the foundation of his purpose.

As an avid gamer and lifelong basketball fan, he intentionally uses both outlets as tools for connection—building meaningful bonds with his daughters and mentoring youth through shared interests, teamwork, and positive engagement. Chris is passionate about creating safe, relatable spaces where young people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Christopher Holloway

Christopher (Draino) Deveaux is a devoted father, coach, and community leader committed to uplifting and empowering youth. Labeled as the best father by his three sons Bentley, Beau, and Bailey. Draino’s love for being a dad fuels everything he does. Fatherhood is at the core of his purpose and drives his passion for creating safe, supportive, and empowering spaces for young people to grow.

Draino actively coaches both boys and girls, using sports as a tool to teach discipline, confidence, accountability, and life skills that extend far beyond the game. Known for his hands on approach, he consistently steps in wherever he’s needed mentoring, guiding, and advocating for youth at every opportunity.
